Shipping & Return

We want you to buy with confidence. Our Return Policy makes it easy for you to return your new, unused products for a FULL REFUND. We ask only that you pay for the return shipping. Here’s how easy it is:

 

1. Simply contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days of receiving your item via our Contact Us Page.

2. We will issue you a Return Authorization number that will be used to track your return along with the address to mail it to

3. Once you have shipped the item back to us and we have inspected it and found it to be in new/unused condition we will issue you a full refund. There are no restocking fees or other charges.

4. This process usually takes 1-2 weeks once your order has arrived back at the warehouse. Email us your return tracking number for the fastest service.

 

Shipping Information:

Your product will normally ship within 1-7 days. Imported items from China will take 2-4 weeks to arrive (or up to 60 days for countries outside the US). Please see our full shipping policy on our website at https://hespirides.com/pages/ground-shipping

We offer worldwide shipping at the best prices and accept credit cards and PayPal.

In order to find you the best items, we have made special arrangements with companies from around the world and our products are imported directly from overseas manufacturers and will take 3-5 weeks to arrive.

(Countries outside the US may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to arrive, depending on where the manufacturer is located; we ship to most countries, but depending upon the item may occasionally have to make an exception).

"Ships-Within Time" is the time needed to receive, process and ship your order after the order is placed and payment information is secured.  To estimate the arrival of your package please consider the ships-within time plus the transit time associated with the method of shipment you selected. Ships-within time may vary on each individual item and is not a guarantee and may be up to 7 days for some products.

As a general rule, Standard Shipping takes between 3-4 weeks to arrive after the Ships-Within Time.  It is not uncommon for you to receive each item separately as items often ship from different warehouses.

Please Note: Items will not be delivered on holidays. Expedited shipping is available and can be estimated during the checkout process before you enter your credit card information and give final order approval. Expediting shipping only affects the time in transit and not the ships-within time. Some of our items are “made to order”, the ships-within time may also include the manufacturing time.
